Once life becomes unmanageable, it is time to ask for support. The client/ therapist relationship is an incredibly vulnerable and important relationship. When clients are ready for change, they are learning to accept where they are and need support getting where they want to go. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe space for clients to explore their needs, feelings, and experiences. My wish for my clients is for them to create the life they love. Change can be so difficult and yet so exciting. Through my career, I have worked with children, couples, and adults with a wide range of experience, especially in trauma.
